Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Manager, Product Manager for the Retail Bank Account Opening Web Platform. You will own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Web Platform, coordinating with product managers and engineers to deliver scalable digital experiences at scale.

You will translate business strategy into consumer-facing digital products, lead cross-functional teams, and advocate for technology-driven, customer-centric solutions within Capital One’s Retail Bank.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, CE, Software Eng., ME, Information Systems) or Business/Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
