Job summary

HealthPlanOne is hiring a Software Engineer to modernize our online and backend platforms using .NET technologies. You will collaborate with the engineering team to build and enhance a suite of consumer facing websites and contribute software design and architecture within an Agile framework.

The role focuses on building fast, responsive marketing and sales websites, aligning with product owners on roadmaps, and applying inputs from marketing, UX, and SEO for continuous improvement through A/B

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5 years of hands-on software development experience.
Expertise in building consumer-facing websites using Javascript frameworks such as ReactJS, Redux and Next.js (React JS preferred).
Proven ability to build web applications and content-rich sites using a CMS.
Proficiency in OOP using .NET or Java, plus CSS, HTML5, Cloud Technologies, CI/CD, MVC and RDBMS.

Responsibilities

Build out fast, responsive websites optimized for frictionless user experiences in a marketing and sales domain.
Collaborate with the product owner and software engineering manager to develop and enhance websites based on roadmap and Agile SDLC.
Incorporate inputs from marketing, UX, SEO and optimization teams for A/B testing and continuous improvement of consumer-facing sites.
Work in an Agile Scrum team to participate in and deliver sprint objectives.
Monitor application performance with emphasis on uptime and fast response times.
