Fuze Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for FuzeRx to join a team delivering a better pharmacy experience. You will help build the services that manage prescription processing from intake to fulfillment and enable scalable backend and full‑stack components.

You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and collaborate with ML initiatives to improve automation. The role requires 10+ years in high‑volume production environments and deep experience with Ruby on Rails,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience in a high-volume, high-throughput production environment.
• Deep background in Backend or Full Stack technologies, including Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/JavaScript, and PostgreSQL.

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor other engineers, encouraging best practices in software development and design.
• Architect platforms and establish foundations for extensible inventory/processing systems.
• Contribute to high-impact projects such as intake automation and integration of ML for predictive analytics.
