Job summary

Supermicro is seeking a Web Developer to design, customize, and maintain the website's design and user interface. You will edit content, update with emerging technologies, and ensure the site meets evolving trends.

The role requires 5+ years in front-end tech (HTML5, CSS, JS, React.js/jQuery) and experience with APIs, PHP frameworks, databases, and servers. A strong focus on quality, collaboration, and self-motivation is essential.

Qualifications

• B.S./M.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience with front-end web technologies, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js or jQuery.
• 3+ years of experience integrating RESTful APIs and building multi-page web applications.
• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony, relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MS SQL, and web servers including Apache, Nginx, or IIS.
• Experience with mobile development and SEO; knowledge of ASP.NET and server technologies, including ColdFusion, is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of software development and implementation best practices, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to complex environments. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve the functionality of web applications while maintaining existing websites.
• Write high-quality, object-oriented code.
• Collaborate closely with team members to make effective trade-offs and deliver features that meet or exceed requirements.
• Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and display issues.
