Job summary

Recruito is seeking an experienced senior web engineer to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale web features in a fast-paced environment. You will define architecture, maintain design systems, and push performance through SSR optimizations.

You will mentor engineers, drive testing and CI/CD improvements, and partner with product, design, and backend teams to ship secure, accessible software across locales.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale web apps.
• Proven ability to lead projects or teams.
• Deep knowledge of TS, HTML, CSS/Tailwind, and SSR frameworks.
• Strong understanding of performance, accessibility, security, and scalability.
