Belmark is seeking a capable web applications developer to design, develop, and support modern web apps and integrations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate problems into practical technical solutions using React, Node.js, Express, SQL, REST APIs, and Git, while supporting legacy C# apps as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related field, OR equivalent professional experience.
• At least 4-8 years of professional experience in software development, business systems analysis, technical business analysis, or a closely related role.
• Strong hands-on development skills with modern web application technologies, including React, Node.js, Express, SQL databases, REST APIs, and Git.
• Ability to effectively utilize English language (writing, speaking, reading).
• Experience translating ambiguous stakeholder needs into clear requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Git version control and collaborative development workflows preferred.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, Linux environments, or Docker containerization preferred.

Summary

Design, develop, and support modern web applications and integrations while working closely with business stakeholders to understand problems, clarify requirements, and determine the right technical approach. This role requires strong development skills using React, Node.js, Express, SQL databases, REST APIs, and related platforms, along with the ability to analyze workflows, challenge assumptions, and guide solutions toward practical business outcomes. The position may also support a number of legacy C# applications as needed, while helping move the environment toward the modern web stack over time. As development tools and practices continue to evolve, success in this position will depend on sound technical judgment, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to validate that solutions are correct, maintainable, and useful.

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support web applications, integrations, and related business systems.

• Develop and maintain solutions using React, Node.js, Express, SQL databases, REST APIs, Git, and related development tools.

• Partner directly with stakeholders and business analysts to clarify requirements, identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and align solutions with real operational needs.
• Collaborate with other developers through design discussions, code reviews, testing feedback, troubleshooting, and documentation.

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or B2B enterprise environments preferred.
• Experience as a developer who has owned substantial requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, and solution design responsibilities preferred.

• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, Linux environments, or Docker containerization preferred.
• Background in both customer-facing and internal business applications preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Normal office environment with potential for hybrid remote work (2-3 days per week)
