Job summary

CesiumAstro in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior Web Designer to own the design, development, and maintenance of the corporate website and campaign landing pages using Webflow. You will translate Figma designs into production-ready pages, establish site architecture, and mentor junior designers.

The role requires 5–8 years in web design and hands-on Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong eye for responsive, accessible, and fast-loading pages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Web Development, or related field.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in web design and Webflow development.
• Proficient in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with ability to work independently.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization.
• Experience maintaining brand standards and design systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of website pages and campaign landing pages in Webflow.
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready pages and establish scalable structures.
• Write and maintain custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) to extend Webflow functionality.
• Maintain CMS structures, QA, and ensure accessibility and performance.
• Mentor junior web team members and collaborate with marketing and design.
