Qualifications

• 6-9 years of professional experience writing test automation code for web applications.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and ability to interpret unit and integration test code.
• Proven ability to manage automated functional test suites and balance coverage with developer efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline management, test automation frameworks, and quality tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end quality processes for engineering teams practicing full test automation without separate QA.
• Teach and promote Quality CoE best practices in automation technology, test pyramid health, release management, and SDLC ways of working.
• Monitor and manage automated test suites to optimize reliability, coverage, and developer productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering leads and the Quality CoE to define test strategy, scope, and success metrics.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines, test environments, and tooling.
