Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in wealth management or financial services.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• FINRA registrations required within 150 days.
• Mortgage loan originator registration required under SAFE Act.
• Experience with Money Guide Pro or NaviPlan preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and deepen relationships to grow wallet share among affluent and HNW clients.
• Anticipate client financial needs and offer holistic solutions.
• Coordinate with product specialists to address banking, credit, and investment needs.
• Provide regular high-touch client engagement with face-to-face meetings.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
• Acquire new clients through referrals and proactive outreach.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance procedures, including KYC/AML.
• Work with branch team to ensure positive in-branch experience.
