Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in wealth management or related field.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with financial planning software preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and deepen relationships to grow wallet share with affluent and HNW clients.
  • Anticipate complex financial needs and offer holistic solutions.
  • Provide high-touch, in-person client engagement and ongoing communication.
  • Coordinate with product specialists to address banking, credit and investment goals.
  • Proactively source, acquire and expand high-value client relationships.
  • Refer opportunities to segment partners and ensure regulatory compliance.
