Norman Alex in Greenwich seeks a seasoned wealth advisor to lead client relationships and build out a high-performing office in the Northeastern corridor. You will manage a global book of clients and work to acquire assets from UHNW clients in the US.

The role emphasizes driving investment, banking and trust/estate solutions with an integrated team, maintaining client-centric service and achieving objective-based performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Wealth Management with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Proven track record in prospecting, profiling, overcoming objections, negotiation, and closing.
• Desire to travel extensively to grow practice and deepen relationships.
• Understanding of investments, banking and trust concepts for wealth planning opportunities.
• Strong relationship management and ability to build teams.

Responsibilities

• Advise on and implement investment, banking and trust/estate solutions for core clients with the integrated team.
• Ensure proposed solutions maximize client needs, goals and objectives.
• Develop and lead a Greenwich office, recruiting top producing advisors and expanding assets.
