Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ Years of experience in wealth management or entrepreneurial environment.
• Series 65 or equivalent required.
• 5+ Years of Current IAR Registration preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with internal teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, Salesforce, and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wealth strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
• Manage client relationships and ensure portfolios align with objectives.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment teams to meet client goals.
• Collaborate with client-service teams to onboard new clients and manage relationships.
• Direct investment deployments and manage portfolio rebalances.
• Prepare and conduct regular portfolio reviews and adjust strategies as needed.
• Drive business growth by expanding client wallet share.
• Maintain CRM records for prospects and clients and ensure timely follow-up.
• Present to prospects and assist in converting them into clients.
