Job summary

You will work closely with Private Wealth Advisors to onboard new relationships, align portfolios with client objectives, and manage ongoing investment activities across asset classes.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in client service in finance, strong communication skills, and relevant licenses (SIE, Series 7, 63).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-4 years of client service or financial industry experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• SIE, Series 7 and 63 licenses required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and manage onboarding.
• Assist in meeting clients’ investment objectives and risk considerations.
• Oversee asset movements, portfolio implementations and tax concepts.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth Advisors and teammates to service clients.
• Execute, process and reconcile trading and other investment transactions.
