The Role

As a Senior Wealth Management Advisor, you will:

• Develop new business outside of our current clientele that our practice is aiming to grow.
• Serve and enhance relationships with our current clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior financial services experience (Banking, Financial Planning etc) for a minimum of 3 years.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related)
• Strong analytical skills with comfort using spreadsheets, planning tools, and CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary $40,000 - $100,000 dependent on expertise and experience.
• Performance bonus: up to 50% of base.
