Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years' combined education and/or work experience.
• General understanding of stocks and bonds.
• Experience reading business periodicals and technical procedures.
• Proficient with common office software and devices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven presentation skills and customer focus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support Investment Advisors in meeting prep and client meetings.
• Prepare portfolio recommendation letters for advisory and trust accounts.
• Coordinate with AO and other teams; review investment performance.
• Develop knowledge of Bank resources to enhance client service.
• Join internal meetings and support pre/post-call planning with partners.
• Understand regulatory changes and risk/controls expectations.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships under supervision.
