W3Global is seeking an experienced Investment Advisor to provide holistic financial planning and investment guidance to clients in Atlanta. You will develop and implement portfolios, monitor performance and risk, and prepare client reports while communicating clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services and advisory roles.
• Proven ability to develop goals-based financial plans and IPS.
• Strong knowledge of portfolio construction, risk management, and tax-aware strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.
• Experience using planning, CRM, and portfolio-management technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, goals-based financial plans aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare and maintain Investment Policy Statements translating goals into strategies.
• Construct and manage diversified portfolios aligned with IPS requirements.
• Implement disciplined rebalancing and tax-aware investment strategies.
• Monitor performance, risk, asset allocation, and investment objectives.
• Prepare clear, actionable client reports and recommendations.
• Conduct regular client reviews and proactive follow-up.
• Document decisions, recommendations, and outcomes for compliance.
• Explain complex concepts clearly to clients and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain fiduciary responsibility and stay compliant with regulations.
