Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management or comprehensive financial planning.
  • CFP designation or actively working toward completion.
  • Strong understanding of tax-efficient financial planning strategies.
  • Experience discussing tax implications related to retirement income, investments, charitable giving, concentrated stock positions, and estate planning.
  • Comfortable collaborating with CPAs and other professional advisors.
  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required industry registrations and licenses.
  • Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence.

  • Lead comprehensive planning conversations with a focus on tax-efficient wealth strategies.
  • Collaborate on retirement, estate, investment, and legacy planning.

  • Partner with internal and external professionals to coordinate advice and implementation.

Their philosophy is simple: the best financial advice doesn't happen in a vacuum. Investments, taxes, retirement, estate planning, and family dynamics all work together.

They are seeking a Senior Wealth Advisor who enjoys helping clients navigate complex financial decisions through a planning-first approach. The ideal candidate understands that thoughtful tax planning can create meaningful long-term value for clients and wants to integrate that knowledge into comprehensive wealth management.

This is not a cold business development role. The focus is on serving existing client relationships, delivering sophisticated planning, and building trust that naturally leads to referrals.

What You'll Do:
