One Degree Advisors is seeking a Lead Financial Advisor to lead client relationships and supervise wealth planning as part of a collaborative advisory team in San Diego. You will conduct client meetings, present financial plans, discuss investments, and help grow associate advisors while aligning with core values such as Fun, Respect, Alpha, Balance, and Giving.

In-office role with hybrid or remote flexibility considered for the right candidate, compensation ranges from $120,000 to $170,000+

• Ability to work in a team environment with a client-centric focus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to multi-task.
• Ability to establish appropriate timelines and manage multiple deadlines.
• Well-developed professional, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge and proficiency of PC applications, including MS Office.
• Experience with FinTech applications: Redtail, Schwab Advisor Center, Orion, Hazel, eMoney, Income Lab, Holistiplan.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client relationships and oversee advisory services.
• Conduct client meetings, including ongoing strategy meetings and onboarding.
• Oversee Financial Plan development, updates and presentation.
• Conduct Investment Advisory discussions with clients.
• Lead planning projects covering tax, estate, insurance, and employee benefits.
• Support and develop associate advisors and ensure compliance.
