Ultimate Staffing Services is recruiting an Investment Counselor / Portfolio Manager in Pasadena, CA to deliver sophisticated investment guidance and wealth planning for high-net-worth clients. You will manage client portfolios, tailor strategies, and foster trusted relationships with a fiduciary mindset.

The ideal candidate has extensive investment management experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to coordinate with tax, estate and retirement planning professionals. DOE.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in investment management, wealth management, financial planning or advisory services.
• Proven success managing relationships with affluent and high-net-worth clients.
• Strong investment knowledge across equities, fixed income, asset allocation, and portfolio construction.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities simultaneously.
• Advanced technology skills and proficiency with CRM and portfolio management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and ongoing consultations.
• Develop and implement customized portfolio strategies and asset allocation recommendations.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend adjustments based on client objectives and market conditions.
• Assist clients with comprehensive wealth planning initiatives.
• Participate in networking, community outreach, and relationship-building activities.
