Senior Wealth Advisor - Multi-Family Office
Omaha, NE
| $250,000-$300,000 Base + Incentives (Up to $350,000 Total Compensation)
Relocation Assistance Available | Remote Considered for Exceptional Candidates
CFP Highly preferred | HNW & UHNW Wealth Management

We're partnering with a growing private wealth management and multi-family office firm that is hiring a Senior Wealth Advisor to manage relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and multigenerational families.

This is a high-level advisory opportunity for someone who understands complex wealth planning, estate and tax strategies, trusts, business succession, and family dynamics. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to sophisticated families, helping them protect, manage, and transfer wealth across generations.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical financial planning expertise with exceptional emotional intelligence, communication skills, and relationship management abilities. This is not a traditional retail financial advisor role. It's focused on delivering highly personalized, family office-level advice.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow relationships with HNW and UHNW individuals, families, and business owners
  • Lead client meetings, comprehensive financial planning discussions, and ongoing advisory relationships
  • Develop strategies across investments, estate planning, tax planning, retirement, and multigenerational wealth transfer
  • Advise clients on complex situations involving trusts, business succession, liquidity events, philanthropy, and family governance
  • Coordinate with CPAs, estate attorneys, investment professionals, and other advisors
  • Build trusted relationships by understanding family dynamics, financial goals, and long-term priorities
  • Provide proactive, highly personalized service to sophisticated clients
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships, generate referrals, and support business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement comprehensive wealth strategies

What They're Looking For

  • CFP certification highly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in wealth management, private wealth advisory, or family office services
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with HNW and UHNW clients
  • Strong background advising business owners, affluent families, and multigenerational households
  • Advanced knowledge of estate planning, tax strategies, trusts, investments, and wealth transfer
  • Exceptional communication skills, emotional intelligence, empathy, and discretion
  • Ability to confidently lead meetings and communicate complex financial strategies
  • Experience navigating sophisticated family dynamics and sensitive financial situations
  • Prior family office or multi-family office experience strongly preferred
  • CFA, CPWA, RICP, CEPA, MBA, or related advanced credentials are a plus

Why You'll Love It

  • $250,000-$300,000 base + incentives, with total compensation potential up to $350,000
  • Opportunity to work directly with sophisticated HNW and UHNW families
  • High-impact advisory role focused on complex wealth planning and meaningful client relationships
  • Work alongside experienced investment, planning, and professional advisory teams
  • Opportunity to play a key role in a growing private wealth management firm
  • Focus on relationship management, comprehensive planning, and family office services, not transactional financial advice
  • Strong long-term growth and leadership exposure
  • Relocation assistance available
  • Omaha preferred, with remote arrangements considered for exceptional candidates willing to travel
