Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in wealth management, preferably with a CFP designation. A competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, with total compensation up to $260,000, is offered alongside a supportive work environment valuing diversity and team contribution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of wealth management experience.
• CFP or other wealth management designation highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and influence skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support other advisors in client management.
• Determine client allocations based on investment objectives.
• Execute investment activities and monitor client portfolios.
• Service client accounts and deal with client inquiries.
• Develop client financial plans and prepare for meetings.
