Hightower Advisors is expanding its Philadelphia-area presence and seeks an experienced Wealth Advisor to manage and deepen client relationships introduced through our development efforts.

This senior, client-centric role requires tax-aware investment planning, independent relationship ownership, and a commitment to long-term client outcomes, reporting to the Director of Hightower Signature Wealth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of continued licensed experience as a financial services professional.
• Active security licenses (Series 65 or 66).
• Bachelor's degree required; graduate-degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume full relationship ownership for clients onboarded through custodial referral programs.
• Serve as the primary relationship lead for assigned client relationships.
• Develop and implement customized financial plans with tax planning, investment strategy, and retirement planning.
• Partner with internal resources to provide coordinated solutions.
• Lead regular in-person and virtual client reviews focused on long-term planning outcomes.
