Job summary

Seven Springs Wealth Group in Nashville seeks a Wealth Advisor to join the flagship team, working closely with the CEO. You will provide holistic wealth planning, oversee client meetings, and manage funds and tax planning for sophisticated families.

A secondary analytical mandate supports a major client relationship. The role balances advisory duties with financial modeling, cross‑entity coordination, and strategic planning across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA/CFA/CFP preferred or in progress.
• Experience in wealth management, financial planning, and investment advisory is expected.
• Multi-entity portfolio experience is preferred; Nashville market familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive wealth advisory services across planning, investments, taxes, and estate planning for HNW/UHNW clients.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings, initially with CEO/CIO, then independently.
• Support complex client relationships with business ownership, equity comp, trusts, and liquidity events.
