Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
• Experience serving affluent or high-net-worth clients.
• Strong financial planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor for an established client book.
• Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients and families.
• Lead client meetings, reviews, and planning discussions.
• Provide guidance around retirement, investments, tax, estate, insurance, charitable giving, and legacy planning.
• Partner with internal planning, investment, and service teams to deliver a strong client experience.
• Build trust with clients and generate referrals through service, not cold prospecting.
• Maintain documentation, compliance, and fiduciary standards.
