Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or Wealth Advisor.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and asset growth.
• Background in a wirehouse, independent broker‑dealer, bank, or RIA environment.
• Financial planning experience preferred.
• CFP®, CFA, or other professional designations preferred.
• Key attributes include excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills, and a self‑starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a book of business by developing strong client relationships and providing best‑in‑class client experience
• Deliver sophisticated financial planning and investment advice tailored to client goals and objectives, adjusting strategies as needs evolve
• Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver integrated solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach
