Job summary

Heartland Bank and Trust Company in Illinois seeks a Senior Wealth Advisor to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions, grow fee revenue, and manage substantial client relationships.

You will administer trust accounts in a fiduciary capacity, develop investment strategies, and communicate performance to clients. CFP/CTFA designations and 5+ years of advisory experience are preferred; potential to serve as a Financial Consultant with LPL Financial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and minimum 5 years Financial Advisor preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s Degree in Business preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Financial Planner-CFP Board preferred.
• Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops business.
• Manages client relationships.
• Manages one of the larger books of business within AMTS.
• Establishes appropriate investment strategies to meet client objectives.
• Delivers investment performance information to clients.
• Develops internal and external referral sources.
• Reviews and interprets trust documents.
• Completes regulatory account reviews.
