This role offers robust support, uncapped commissions, relocation assistance, and a path to growth within a performance-driven culture. You will mentor junior advisors and drive asset growth while maintaining fiduciary excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years advising high-net-worth clients.
• CFP®, CFA®, ChFC® or similar advanced designation preferred (not required).
• Active Series 65 required; Life & Health licenses required.
• Experience handling $50M+ AUM.
• Proficiency with modern financial planning technology.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive financial planning for middle to high-net-worth clients.
• Develop and present advanced strategies for tax, estate, retirement, and legacy planning.
• Design and manage diversified investment portfolios focused on tax efficiency.
• Advise on stock concentrations, equity compensation, and trusts.
• Mentor junior advisors and expand client relationships through referrals.
• Represent Guerra via client education events and workshops.
