Idaho license is mandatory, with background in independent investigations and complex claims essential. You will collaborate with supervisors and defense counsel, prepare cases for litigation, and mentor new staff in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; industry designations encouraged but not required.
• Ability to work independently while handling complex, technical subjects.
• Strong written and oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving abilities, with prioritization across projects.

Responsibilities

• Interprets coverage decisions using independent judgment on complex and unusual policy coverages.
• Manages investigative activity on complex claims and directs discovery and litigation strategy.
• Analyzes claims activity and prepares client/carrier reports.
• Establishes reserves and authorizes payments within authority; settles claims cost-effectively.
• Mentors and trains new team members; supports claim reviews.
