Ideal candidates have 10+ years of structural design experience, SE license, and a strong background in port, marine, and bulkhead projects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of structural design experience in waterfront/industrial projects.
• SE licensed Structural Engineer with civil background and structural focus.
• Proficiency in regulatory compliance and project management.

Responsibilities

• Apply your engineering expertise to diverse waterfront and industrial projects, collaborating with teams to devise innovative solutions.
• Contribute to port, marine, ferry, and shipyard projects, leveraging design and project management skills.
• Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies to support project success.
• Ensure regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle, including permitting requirements.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project tasks, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to confirm conformance with standards.
• Provide proactive client service and trusted guidance across all project phases.
