Job summary

Filanc is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage onsite construction activities for large water, wastewater, and industrial plants in the Phoenix area. You will supervise field staff, manage budgets, and ensure projects meet schedule and cost targets.

Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills are essential. Candidates should have a 4-year engineering or construction management degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, with proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years experience managing construction of multi-million dollar water, wastewater, or industrial plants.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Excellent documentation and analytical abilities; adept with scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage onsite construction activities for large projects.
• Direct supervision of field staff to ensure on-schedule and in-budget performance.
• Manage Job Profit and Loss and project financials; oversee equipment resources.
• Directly communicate with owners, owner reps, and engineers; interpret disputes andChanged conditions.
• Review CPM schedules, timecards, and job cost reporting; coordinate between subs and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures; support bidding and labor relations.
