Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in municipal water/wastewater and/or public works engineering is preferred.
• Professional Engineer’s license in South Carolina is a plus.
• Experience in managing water distribution and wastewater collection modeling is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to lead project teams effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and manage water/wastewater collection/distribution systems and treatment projects.
• Manage technical design and hydraulic modeling for projects.
• Develop detailed designs, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Respond to requests for qualifications and coordinate with multiple departments.
