Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a civil/environmental engineer to design water/wastewater transmission systems, pumping stations, and master planning in the Atlanta area. You will lead project design tasks, coordinate permits, and guide junior staff.

The role requires a PE license (Texas) and strong skills in modeling, ESRI ArcGIS, and regulatory compliance to deliver compliant, high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant post-education experience in water/wastewater engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas.
• Expertise in water/wastewater engineering principles and regulatory and project work-related issues.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and process modeling and ESRI ArcGIS software.

Responsibilities

• Design water transmission and distribution systems, pumping stations, and master planning.
• Manage project design tasks, permitting, construction coordination, and mentor staff.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams as task lead on water/wastewater projects.
• Prepare technical reports and comply with safety plans and policies.
