The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 15 years of related experience, and preferable licensure as a Professional Engineer. Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years related experience in project management, preferably for water/wastewater projects.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
