Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and permitting of new and rehabilitated facilities.
- Manage project teams to efficiently complete the scope of services.
- Provide responsible charge duties, including signing documents.
Skills
Broad knowledge of water/wastewater design processes
Self-motivated and solution-focused
Advanced oral and written communication skills
Aptitude with WaterCAD or similar modeling software
Experience with quality assurance reviews
Strong business development skills
Education
BS Engineering Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
MS or higher degree preferred
