ChemTreat, a Veralto company, is seeking a Sr. Sales Leader - Growth Driver, Data Center in Columbus, OH.

This water treatment sales role focuses on acquiring new customers and expanding ChemTreat’s market share by shaping innovative strategies and engaging key decision makers. The successful candidate will leverage a technical background in water treatment and collaborate with Technical Staff and Account Managers to identify growth opportunities, with first-year compensation targeted between

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science; Engineering or technical degree required or equivalent 7+ years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years of successful water treatment related experience.
• Experience with water treatment systems (boilers, cooling towers, RO, clarifiers, raw water and wastewater) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with chemical water treatment systems and applications.
• Provide analysis of markets, trends, competition, portfolios, technologies, and revenues.
• Increase sales and profits by meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
• Retaining existing customer base by fostering the ChemTreat value certification and earning ROI while actively generating new accounts.
• Develop relationships with customers: identify decision makers, prospect and cold call, follow up, and drive to customer needs.
