Qualifications

• Requires ability to read blueprints and P&ID’s; electrical knowledge helpful.
• Experience with pumps, motors, valves, blowers, and chemical feed systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex maintenance, repair, and installation of pumps, motors, valves, blowers, chemical feed systems, and other treatment equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and P&ID’s; apply electrical knowledge and basic plumbing skills.
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement corrective actions; support preventative maintenance programs.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain plant performance and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records for water operations, including production data and regulatory documentation.
• Provide guidance and training to entry‑level technicians as needed.
