Dewberry Engineers Incorporated seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multi-disciplinary teams on complex stormwater and flood resilience projects in the New York area, with potential national opportunities. The role emphasizes client development, proposal leadership, and mentoring engineers.

Ideal candidates will have 12–20 years of water resources experience, a PE license, and strong design/communication skills to manage projects from planning through construction.

Formación

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering (water resources emphasis).
• 12–20 years in water resources, flood resilience, and urban stormwater design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license with reciprocity eligibility.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and delivering stormwater/flood resilience projects in urban environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead engineering analysis and design of water infrastructure including green infrastructure, hydraulic structures, and drainage systems.
• Be the water resources engineer of record on projects.
• Develop client relationships and lead business development efforts.
• Mentor project managers and serve as QA/QC champion for water resources work.
• Lead strategy and capture planning for stormwater and flood resilience initiatives.
• Manage projects to meet schedule and budget while satisfying client expectations.
