In this role, you'll manage client relationships and oversee a variety of water-related projects. The ideal candidate will have over 18 years of experience in civil engineering and hold a Professional Engineering license, preferably in California. Qualifications
18+ years of experience in civil and/or hydraulic engineering is required.
Professional Engineering registration is mandatory.
California PE registration strongly preferred.
Familiarity with Federal Agency codes and requirements is a plus.
Responsibilities

Identify and prepare proposals for project opportunities.
