Houston Engineering, Inc. in Omaha seeks a Senior Water Resources Project Manager to lead complex water resources projects, mentor staff, and grow HEI's Nebraska practice.

You will manage proposals, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of civil engineering experience, a PE license, and proven leadership in stormwater, hydrology, hydraulics, and water quality analyses.

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive civil engineering experience with project management, client service, business development, and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Environmental/Agricultural and Biological Systems Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer’s License or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Mansioni

• Lead water resources planning and design projects from proposal through completion.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing for projects.
• Maintain and expand client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Mentor engineers and project managers and oversee study, reports, and design documents.
• Coordinate stormwater, hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality analyses to support design decisions.
