Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in Springfield, MO seeks a licensed professional Civil or Environmental Engineer to lead the Water Resources team. The Senior Water Resources Engineer will manage staff and clients, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate across disciplines to deliver design, permitting, and drainage projects in the region.

Requirements include a PE license in Missouri (or ability to obtain within six months) and 15+ years in water resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in water resources, including stormwater drainage.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Missouri or ability to obtain within six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, permitting, and construction services for the assigned project.
• Oversee project delivery from start to finish and mentor staff.
• Design drainage infrastructure and related hydrology/ hydraulics calculations.
