RS&H is seeking a senior-level Water Resources Engineer in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will provide professional engineering consultation for large complex projects, offering technical guidance and leadership. A Bachelors degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university and a minimum of ten years of experience are required. Strong communication and project management skills are essential. You're expected to coordinate with clients and manage teams while maintaining adherence to project specifications and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience providing technical guidance to entry/junior level staff.
• Experience working on parts of a major project or multiple moderate-sized projects.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional engineering consultation in planning, design and coordination of large complex projects.
• Develops and evaluates engineering reports, plans and specifications.
• Coordinates with project teams and manages discipline-related activities.
• Prepares specifications, scaled drawings and proposals.
• Meets with clients to determine objectives and requirements.
• Reviews junior staff's work for technical accuracy and provides technical guidance.
• Performs quality control reviews and field observations.
• Maintains professional registration and ensures compliance with regulations.
• May supervise direct reports and lead teams.
