Qualifications

• Experience delivering practical, cost-effective, and constructible water resources solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering field.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support water resources design projects and evaluate design approaches.
• Prepare, review, and direct engineering plans and construction documents.
• Oversee design process, technical direction, and compliance with regulations.
• Support construction bidding, contract administration, and observation.
• Provide mentorship to engineers, designers, and technicians.
