Job summary

Garver is seeking a Sr. Project Manager in our Richmond, VA office to lead water and wastewater projects, coordinate with clients and staff, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role requires experience in managing design reports, studies, and construction documents, with mentoring responsibilities for a team of engineers and CAD staff. You will oversee scope, budgets, and schedules, interact with regulators, and travel as needed for project support, conferences, and marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, biological, or similar engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget, and schedule for projects and teams.
• Mentor internal staff and coordinate with other PMs.
• Prepare and deliver project reporting for clients and leadership.
• Develop and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans.
• Conduct construction engineering administration for local projects.
