Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5-8 years of experience in water treatment and distribution operations.
• Valid Class C Water Operator License preferred; Class D acceptable if obtainable within a year.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the operation of water treatment facilities and distribution systems in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Monitor water quality parameters and conduct regular testing to ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and participate in inspections and audits to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot issues to minimize service interruptions and ensure continuous water supply.
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to water operations, including production data, maintenance logs, and regulatory documentation.
