Job summary

Gallaher Co. is seeking a Lead Water Technician to oversee water mitigation and restoration projects. The role requires at least five years of mitigation experience and a California driver’s license, with readiness for after-hours emergency responses.

Strong communication and customer service skills are essential as you guide Water Helpers and liaise with clients. You will work within a fast-paced environment, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to EPA/OSHA standards while using moisture

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience in mitigation.
Must be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends.
Valid California driver's license with a clean DMV record.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures.
Proficiency with basic technology and timekeeping/job management software.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise water mitigation and restoration projects from start to finish.
Inspect properties for water damage and identify affected areas.
Perform water extraction, moisture inspections, and structural drying.
Set up and monitor drying equipment and monitor progress with moisture meters.
Document job progress and communicate status to customers and team.
