Job summary

Datreose is seeking a Sr. Wastewater Engineer in Leesport, PA to lead complex civil, environmental, and municipal projects. The role focuses on technical leadership, design execution, and coordination with clients and agencies to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Civil Engineering, a PA PE license, and at least ten years of relevant experience, with strong knowledge of wastewater collection and treatment, water systems, and permitting processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or similar.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of ten (10) years job-related experience.
• Knowledge in Wastewater Collection and Treatment, Water Treatment and Distribution, Act 537 Planning, Water Quality Management Permitting, Public Water Supply Permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and execution of complex civil, environmental, municipal, and infrastructure projects.
• Serve as technical lead and engineer-of-record on projects.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of calculations, reports, permitting documents, design plans, and other work products for successful project completion.
• Interact with clients, the public, design teams, and agencies.
• Manage engineering scopes, budgets, schedules, and QA/QC reviews.
• Perform and/or coordinate work schedules and assign tasks for staff.

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Pennsylvania
