Job summary

Jobtailor in Houston, TX is seeking a qualified Logistics Supervisor to lead staffing, training, and daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will supervise staff, ensure safety, maintain customer relationships, and ensure policy compliance. Requires Bachelor's in Logistics or related field, 3 years managerial experience, and ability to work overtime; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• U.S. citizen status required to meet government and federal requirements.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment preferred.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience preferred
• 3 years of managerial/supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment preferred
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience preferred
