Job summary

SYGMA is hiring for a warehouse associate in Kentucky. You will hand-build pallets, load trailers, and operate standard warehouse equipment. The job runs on a 4‑day schedule with a 7 AM start, offering training pay and productivity-based incentives up to $29.96 per hour.

Pay starts with training at $22.93 and increases to $23.71 upon meeting productivity, with up to $29.96 including incentives. Medical, dental, vision coverage, and 401(k) with company match are provided; CDL school eligibility

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 6 months warehouse experience preferred or equivalent physical work.

Responsibilities

• Drive and use warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) to pull and stack product up to ~45 lbs.
• Work in freezer and dry warehouse environments with provided gear.
• Assemble pallets following food safety rules and inspect products for damage.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe; address spills or damaged cases as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
