Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a General Manager II in Luverne, MN to provide strategic direction and operational leadership for a busy warehouse. The role emphasizes developing staff, driving efficiency, and achieving KPI targets while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 4 years of Operations Management experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience with strategy/annual planning, SOPs, and cost/efficiency management.
• Proficiency with WMS and standard computer tools; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to lead discussions.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational support to meet goals.
• Direct, recruit, train, and develop direct reports for productivity.
• Achieve KPI targets including Labor to Revenue, truck turn times, service.
• Review costs and drive process improvements across warehouse activities.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager on account strategies, quotes, and contracts.
• Monitor budgets, capex, equipment, and space utilization to targets.
