Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with warehouse operations and distribution facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly leads 30-40 staff through staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Oversees daily warehouse operations including inventory control, receiving, stocking, and shipping.
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing standards and procedures and complying with regulations.
• Provide HR policy guidance and staff development.
• Resolve member store issues with strong customer service focus.
